The sweetest, kindest man came to our rescue!

We had car trouble with our rental vehicle on August 12, and the sweetest, kindest man came to our rescue! Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, he drove us and our vehicle to Inverness Airport (his first time there!).
He pointed out a tire with no tread on our rental vehicle, and due to his familiarity with local laws, knew this was illegal and not our fault. He advocated on our behalf with the rental company when we got there so that we didn't have to pay for the damage. Thank you to him! :)
